At Iqra Primary School we believe in the power of computing and have invested in providing our pupils with access to the very latest and the best technology in their classrooms, including access to home learning resources, that reflect a modern education in the 21st century. Computing education equips students to use technology to understand and change their experience of the world. Students develop practical, domestic and leisure skills using a variety of everyday and specialist technologies.
Opportunities for students to use the internet and social media to improve their lifestyles are developed alongside a continuing programme of e-safety awareness. Practical technology skills are taught to prepare students to make the most of their possible future homes and workplaces.
