Geography
Geography is a focus for engaging experiential learning, that can inspire in students a curiosity and fascination about the world and its people that may remain with them for the rest of their lives. In addition to learning about continents, countries, regions our geography curriculum encourages pupils to compare and contrast different areas of our world, allowing them to appreciate the mineral, physical and climate differences that exist.
At Iqra, our pupils are taught about their own and others’ worlds and environments, including the key features of land masses, how these link to agricultural and industrial output and how, as global citizens, we all have a responsibility to take care of our planet.
