Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatahu,

Welcome to the new academic half term! We hope you had a restful half-term break.

We have lots of exciting topics planned for this term such as 'Continents and Oceans' and 'Living Things'. Please see the newsletter for further information.

If you have any queries or concerns during the year, please do not hestitate to contact a member of the Year 2 team.

In English we will be reading 'The Dark' by Lemony Snicket. And in Maths we will be learning to multiply and divide with the 2, 5 and 10 times tables. So please practice these times tables at home so the children know them inside and out!

Year 2 Class Assembly

In our class assembly in Autumn Term 1 the children taught us the how to stay safe using the internet. We leant that we need to keep safe online just like we keep safe in the real world. We learnt to keep to the SMART rules.
