Year 6 – Transport for London Workshop

Year 6 took part in an exciting Transport for London (TfL) workshop this week, learning all about how to travel safely and responsibly around the city. The session helped pupils understand the importance of using public transport safely, planning journeys, and being aware of others while travelling.

The workshop was interactive and informative — pupils discussed real-life travel scenarios, explored ways to stay safe near roads and stations, and learned how to make confident, independent travel choices as they prepare for secondary school.

The children asked fantastic questions and shared their own travel experiences. It was a valuable and engaging session that will help them become confident and responsible travellers across London!
